Experience this seasonal practice that promotes letting go through healing sounds and self-massage/tapping techniques.\nLearn to gather, store and balance your energy! Arlene completed her training at the International Institute of Medical QiGong and in 2010, she graduated from Hanan University, China, with her Masters in Medical QiGong (MMQ China).
