All Gender Body Positive Yoga with Steph Savage: February
We are back for our third yoga session with Steph. Join us virtually for an empowering yoga class that will have you finishing with a smile and feeling like you want to do it all again! We’ll start with a warm up, followed by a gentle flow, and finish off with a short meditation before we give our bodies time to rest in Savasana. This class is accessible and adaptive for people of all shapes, ages, sizes, ethnicities, sexual orientations, races, gender identities, and abilities! This is a brave space where judgements are left at the door and everyone matters.
