Autumn Empowerment: Qigong Workshop with Arlene Wilkinson, RMT

Qigong reduces stress, relaxes muscle tension and increases the flow of Qi through your body. It is the art of cultivating energy for health and vitality. Qigong is an easy-to-follow combination of controlled breathing, focused concentration, and simple movements which benefit all levels of fitness and ability. Experience this seasonal practice that promotes letting go through healing sounds and self-massage/tapping techniques.
Learn to gather, store and balance your energy! Arlene completed her training at the International Institute of Medical QiGong and in 2010, she graduated from Hanan University, China, with her Masters in Medical QiGong (MMQ China). Arlene has been sharing her passion for Therapeutic Qigong for over 25 years!
